Glass Traders happens to be one of he growing
small scale organization . It was established
in 1996 by Mr. Maruti Dombe as a sole proprietorship
organization . Initially the factory was located
in Kasaba Bawada & office was at Bhaskar
Plaza, Kolhapur. In 1999 factory was relocated
in Udyamnagar for convenience purpose but finally
now factory exists in Gokul Shirgaon M.I.D.C.
Maruti
Glass is specialized in designer glass manufacturing,
glass cutting & other glass works. Earlier
in 1998 brother of Mr. Maruti Dombe separated
& MAruti Glass Traders was refound by Mr.
Maruti Dombe. Company focuses primarily on customers
from Construction & architecture field,
Interior Designers & Carpainters are the
prime customers of Maruti Glass Traders.
Started
with just Rs. 3 Lakhs Maruti Glass Traders has
now turnover of around 1 crore rupees with pipeline
of 148 orders in near future. With liberal credit
policy & efficient recollection system company
is planning profitability. Company currently
has its corporate office manned by 10 clerical
staff members & factory has got 35 semi
skilled to skilled labourers engaged in works
like cutting, itching, polishing, finishing.
Company currently operates in 2 shifts &
this duration may exten to 3 shifts depending
upon the workload. Company basically markets
the products through direct marketing &
one to one communication with the current &
perspective customers . Organization is entirely
headed by Managing Director Mr. Maruti Dombe.
Further the organization is subdivided into
three wings that is production, store &
administrative wings.
